By accessing and using Fieldsphere services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Fieldsphere materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.

You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

Fieldsphere is currently in development and not yet available for general use.

We are building a waitlist for early access to the platform when it becomes available.

Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change during development.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities under your account.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our service.

By using our service, you grant us a license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We will not share your ranch data with third parties without your explicit consent.

In no event shall Fieldsphere or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.

Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
